Tarento was packing, he was taking things from his room left, right and center. He had just come back from his dad's library. It was his now. According to Kanan's will. It had been a week after his funeral. A girl was standing at the door, watching him.

"Tarento, what are you doing?" she asked.

"Roze, don't disturb me" he snapped. He then finished packing. "I am leaving"

"Why?"

"There is something I have to do. I am going to tell mom"

"Tarento, you can't do that! She will collapse again"

"I know she will. And so she can't stop me from doing this"

"What are you planning?" she asked, furious at her brother's cold heartedness.

"I did a bit of research in dad's library" said Tarento turning to her. His Shinko Manako activated. The Purple, Green and Orange shades were a piercing light shade. "There is this special ritual, if one completes it, they become stronger."

"Tarento! You know all of the information down there is cursed!"

"Not this..." said Tarento. "This is genuine, if I complete this, I am then able to protect those I love, those I care for"

"Tarento... it wasn't your fault dad died!"

"It is!" he roared. "I saw it happen, I knew he was going to die! I didn't stop him!" he picked up his bag as he walked passed her.

"It wasn't your fault" she said slowly. As she let him go his own way.

Five years later....

"Roze-chan, what is it?" asked a brown haired man, in his best ninja outfit. It was brown battle outfit, with blue lines across several places.

"Nothing... Hari-kun" replied Roze, her blazing red hair lying on her shoulder in the long braided tail. She was wearing her usual red komino. With rose patterns around it.

"You're thinking of Tarento, aren't you?" he asked seriously.

"Yeah..." she sighed. "I do miss him"

"He will be back before you know it" he smiled, making her giggle. "You know..." he said putting his arm around her. "We are alone out here.... together" Roze blushed at this.

"Hey! What's up!" said a black haired man, with white streaks of hair, his eyes was a whirlpool of white and black.  He was standing behind the bench the two love birds were sitting on. He had a huge grin.

"KO!!!!" they yell, falling to the ground in shock.

"Come on" he said. "I just wanted to say hi"

"Shouldn't you be in Amegakure?"

"Hehehe.... I should...." he gave a large grin.

"Ko-teme!" yelled a white skinned, black haired girl. "Yuki Senpou!"

She jumped into a spinning High Kick. It hit Ko straight in the face.

"Iwa?!" said Roze shocked.

"Tsuriai-sensei told me to come and get you" she growled picking up Ko. She was wearing a black baggy outfit, matching her hair color. She had several chains around her and a spiked collar.

"Nooooooo, not Tsuriai-sensei! Anything but her and it's Ko-sama! Not Teme!"

"Yeah, yeah" said Iwa. "See you two later!" as she vanished in a flurry of snow with Ko.

"That happens every three days...." said Hari shaking his head slightly.

"Come on, Ko isn't that bad" said Roze. "He is the Guardian of Hell"

"Well... yeah..." said Hari crossing his arms.

"Come on. We're going to be late for dinner"

"Can't we just stay here?"

"You're so sweet, but no. You remember last time we were late?"

"Ah yes..." said Hari grinning "Mom scolded me for it, and glared at me with a threatning look."

"Why don't you like her?"

"I just don't understand why dad married her after.... she died..."

"Ino would have wanted Ray to move on, Hari. You know that"

"Yeah... well... alright then. Let's go"
