History:
Okkuu is rather unique, even in the Seigi clan. When he was born his mother, who was a member of the Uchiha clan, was killed by a large asshole and his father lated commited suicide. He was brought up in an orphanage but annoyed everyone except Akan Seigi, who he kept continue to provoke, which he never succeded. He learned at a very young age to control light, even a little, to dimming the lights in his room to cause the sun to be extra bright. Has learned to manipulate the lights color into creating fake but realistic illusions. After a long time, Okkuu got a team who he was paired with Yaiba Seigi, his long ambition Akan Seigi and their sensei Arschloch Seigi, who Okkuu found extremely easy to provoke. Later when Arschloch left Takigakure and his team behind, Okkuu followed him to Konoha. Because of Okkuu's unique position, Arschloch both hated and liked Okkuu because of his Uchiha and Seigi blood. He now lives in Konoha along his sensei who has kept trying to get rid of him, but who always came back, even if you thought he had died.

Because of his unique position, Okkuu was both a Seigi and an Uchiha. His father possesed the Frog Eyes but Okkuu never recieved it. Neither did he ever awaken the Sharingan, nor will it even be possible, as the Seigi Blood and the Uchiha Blood blocked eachother out, so both the Frog Eye and the Sharingan are completely blocked. Okkuu was taught the flute at the orphanage to keep him quiet, but it was invain as he became more annoying with it. Okkuu would have given up using the flute when he became a Genin if his sensei didn't hate it. When he finds out something about Arschloch, he immidiately tries to annoy him with it. As the time when he found out that Arschloch was Ladybug phobic, he immidiately tried to learn how to summon them and made the blood contact. He has a uniqueness to him, even if you chase him away, he will always come back, usually because your chasing a fake image and the real one is probably laughing behind your back where you left him without noticing.
